Just traded in my 07 Lightning STT on a 09 1125r! bittersweet as I'm getting worried about stator and rotor. Bike died several times riding after sitting a half hour prior to riding home from the dealer. Vapor lock? It had been very hot sitting in traffic. Has not died in the 2 short rides since. What a pita to check oil and change it! Where do you find oil filters? Does the K&N 564 work? Now for the good: powerband is incredible compared to the Lightning! Aero is spot on for highway. Gearbox and suspension are much more refined. Looks very cool. It's red!   Stirz007 Posted on Thursday, May 02, 2013 - 12:21 am:        K&N 564 is correct. For oil changes, if you drop the screen and change filter, just dump in 3 quarts and you're good. At least you now only need one oil, not two.
