Just happened to catch a bit of the "Ultimate street car invitational" on Speed TV which is a bunch of high-dollar cars of all types around a timed course at the SEMA event in Las Vegas. Some pretty impressive cars, but for the "half-time" show Geoff May was there on an EBR street 1190 and did the best time! (so far as I watched) Yeah baby!!!!! |

An expert ride on a bike is usually faster than even them most trick closed-wheel sports car. In my experience: Open Wheel > Motorcycles > Sports Cars Somewhere in there around or just slightly ahead of motorcycles (on shorter tracks) are the 250cc go karts. Holy mother those things are quick. |

Geoff's on the sharp end of the pyramid of superbike riders here in the US. what do you think the skill level was of the car guys there. The EBR is no slouch either! tim |
