any ideas? i did have a mount on the r/f fork leg and one on the l/h pillion peg, looking for other options at the front, not too fussed about putting it on the airbox cover but i think if i mount it on the front mudguard it may hit the underside of the nose on full compression |

I mounted mine up by the fairing stay(mirror mounts) and then ran a safety wire to one of the bolts. the only time I have really bad vibrations is at the kink on VIR N(doing 150+) When I mounted mine between the headlights there I got MAJOR vibrations on the video. |

I've seen some good footage from tail-mounted (facing forward). I used to mount mine to the pod, so I could see what the suspension was doing. Check youtube for footage of various positions. Whatever you do - please back it up with a tether. Cameras laying in the race line, or worse yet, bouncing up into your face is no bueno. |

i've got two mounts on my 1125 - nose between the lights, and just ahead of the mirror mounting point on the nose you have the option of it facing forwards or backwards, in case you want to vid yourself in action |

I like to mount mine right behind the windscreen in front of the cluster. There's a little land there on the fairing bracket that's perfect. I DO NOT recommend mounting on a helmet, and it's banned at a lot of track days and race orgs -- it increases the risk of a "snag" in a crash that will snap your neck. |
