Hi guys
It is been 2 weeks that i have sent my rotor to EBR and i am waiting for refund of 250$
and no answer on email, no refund
i tried to contact them by phone(international call that cost very expensive)
and dEEr operator just transfered my call to auto reply after i described my problem..very clever

whom i have contact to get my refund?

This is a common complaint.

EBR is a bunch of racers and engineers doing retail. With a race schedule coming up fast, how busy are they?

ok, they are a racers and engineers...lets make donation of 250$
shame on them for such service and such common complaint...
they must race on chairs in office for best support to people who are riding their bikes

You say it's 2 weeks since you sent it and it's International for you........... are you sure they have even received it yet?
I live in the UK and parts from the states often takes more than 2 weeks to get to me.

I have got exactly the same problem.
I sent my rotor back. It was received by EBR just after xmas. I have seen no refund yet.

I sent an e-mail to info@ebracing.com yesterday. No answer yet.

they are making good business...
They sell rotors for 425 $
take from you your old rotor, make modification that cost 25$ and sell it again for 425

Wow im surprised! I received my core deposit refund almost immediately, within 2 days after the tracking# said they signed for it. I live in the U.S. and ordered mine last fall in Oct of 2012 so maybe they werent so busy then.
