Good day all,
I had just reinstalled my rear wheel, and now the rear sprocket (outer face) is rubbing the swingarm.
I removed/installed the wheel several times, with and without the belt, but it's still rubbing.
I also replaced the wheel bearings and spacer just to be safe, and the sprocket still rubs.
I'll post pictures as soon as I get home.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Are you sure you have the spacers in right? Isn't one larger than the other?

Is it the stock 08 wheel? The 2010 wheel has a spacer that can fall out or stick to the tire machine, and with it not in the wheel won't line up correctly.

It's an 08 wheel with a rear spacer. The spacer aligns between both bearings pretty easily.
Everything looks tight, flush, and aligned.

How much room should there be? Mine has 1 mm only. Is that enough?

From the picture you can see how the sprocket is worn just under the belt.

The left side of my frame my bent inwards a bit (I'm assuming from my Pitbull stand).

I ended up having my dad pry between the sprocket and frame while I tightened down on the pinch bolt.

This solved the problem for now, but I am concerned about the frame being bent.

If the wheel was overtorqued and the spacer was crushed some, I could see it doing this

Yeah my stands are off as well, with that being said, the thing can be tipped over easy with no back tire on there. No issues with my clearance, maybe a 1/8". Maybe someone got an xb spacer? I know one thing I tighten mine by the book, torque to a certain speck loosen then torque to another speck

I figure, with the pinch bolt holding everything solid, I take both axles light-tight(I'll guess no more than 20 ft#) and tighten the pinch bolts.
I've got 23k miles on Loretta with orange dust seals in both wheels. I traded my wheels and got a set of Amber Translucid from another BWBr at around 6k miles - 29k now.

Just went and looked at Loretta.
Very small gap betw/ swingarm and sprocket, 1 - 2 mm only.
I did have a 20mph lo-side on the right side, no other "downs".

Sprint: do you think its just a matter of trying a new spacer? ( the one on the right side of the wheel next to the bearing)
