It's from powersport superstore. I just ordered it. It's the same part number for the linear sensor that those of us that have standard shift need. For $50, I couldn't pass it up!! Now I need to fab a bracket...any suggestions greatly appreciated Will Here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/Dynojet-Research-Shifter-Lin ear-Tension/dp/B000MPS5MI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1 358887501&sr=8-2&keywords=DYNOJET+USB+LINEAR+SENSO R-PUSH4-104 |

What all accessories do you need to make this work? It looks like you need a power commander. |

If you have ebr ecm, you just hook it up to the side stand kill switch(from what I've been told) Will |

So with my bike being all stock this would not work? |

How do you know this fits the 1125? Will this work with an EBR ECM? |

This is for a "Push Type"... if you have a reverse shift kit, I think a "Pull Type" would be needed. Maybe I'm mistaken in my logic. I almost bought one though! |

Pull for GP shift. A push type would work for standard shift but one would need to drill the shift lever and find a way/place to mount the other end. |

need race ecm or power commander to work. won't work with stock ecm. 4-101 is the one for gp shift kit and needs to be set in the race ecm. tim |

Can someone that has one mounted on a 1125 please post up a picture of it mounted on a bike with gp shift. By what I can tell the linkage just needs to be modified to accept the shifter within the linkage. (Message edited by Kruizen on January 23, 2013) |

This is for standard shift only. You will need to make a bracket. From what I've read, if you have an ebr ecm it's plug/splice and play into the kickstand switch. There is a pic of it installed in this thread: http://badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290431/ 646555.html?1313841863 |

The switch will not work with the EBR computer. I know this from my set up. To make this work you will need a PCV. |

Looked was hoping that they had the same deal for the "pull" for GP shift. Oh well. |

for those talking about kickstand switch - I didn't think 1125s had those cause a lot of people were bitching about that not being on there |

Yes this will work with the EBR ECM. Wire it into your stock kickstand switch. Little black plastic thing with some wires coming out of it. Right behind your kickstand. When the quick shifter is activated, the ECM thinks that the kick stand is down and kills the coils for like a millisecond. Allowing full throttle upshifting. BUT....if you ordered your ECM from Erik without the kickstand kill function then no it wont work. I didn't try it on my stock ECM but I don't know why it wouldn't work the same way. Like I said, it just makes the computer think that the kickstand is down while you're riding and activates a built in safety feature. |

The wiring is there, but domestic models don't have actual switch. EBR took advantage of this and tweaked the programming of the ECM to allow the use of a quick shifter connected to the kickstand switch connector. |

Yep Froggys right and I'm a moron. Their isnt any wiring down at the kickstand. If I remember right, thier are specific locations on the ECM you splice into to activate the kill function. Regardless, It works. I got rid of mine about a year or so ago when I quit Drag Racing. |

The push switch will not work. I have the EBR computer with the side stand set up. The switch is normally closed. It needs to be normally open. What will happen with the push switch. Is the bike will kill when the switch releases. I call dynojet and they will sell a different switch. So I kept the Pcv. Since it was paid for. |

Can anyone refute what Mrbuell is saying? From all the posts I've read, this setup (dynojet linear switch with ebr ecm)should work. I've already ordered the switch, so I'll be the guinea pig. Will |

Well this one was too good too be true..... Hi Peter, We apologize but we have to cancel your order for our part number: 409898. We are selling a $40 Dynojet Jet Kit, not the item shown on Amazon. Amazon takes listing information from all participating sellers on an item and decides what to display. Unfortunately they have taken our item with manufacturer’s part number 4104 and blended it with Dynojet’s item 4-104. This happens often on Amazon as they don’t know that the dash makes a difference with Dynojet. You’re looking for part number 4-104 which sells for about $250. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand we only have so much control on Amazon when there are many sellers per listing. Thank you. |

Newb question! So you still shift the bike with your foot, you just dont have to let off throttle or use clutch? What about for those that like to downshift, is that affected? |

Foiled! Got my package today only to find out they sent me a jet kit for a yamaha yz 250. Called Powersports superstore and he said the part number is cross referenced with the jet kit. He said it was a distributor's error and he can't send me the shift switch and can only offer a refund;( will |
