my ecm will get here before my exhaust, can i run it without the exhaust? |

ive nevere messed with the tps but i have to reset it for installation, what else is the tps good for? |

It does a terrific job sensing the position of the throttle. |

TPS stands for Throttle Position Sensor. What it does is it tells the ECM how much you are twisting the throttle, so it knows how much fuel to send into the motor. Doing a TPS reset on an 08+ Buell is easy and only takes a few seconds. ecm installed, and i looked at diag mode, wow, all sorts or error codes, but it's running fine? will they reset? |

Due to the programming process the ECM will have a bunch of false positives in the historical codes, just ignore them, they will eventually clear themselves out. |
