This thing is super light, and I can put a belt drive pulley and OEM rotor on it if you like. $200 for the wheel, $250 with pulley and rotor. You are looking at a race only wheel here. You can mix them no problem -- just adjust the geometry. Most 16.5 tires are a smaller wheel, but more or less the same overall diameter as a 17. It's more tire, less wheel. It's way lighter than an OEM wheel. Several pounds.
