Maybe American Sport Bike has them. Note says backordered until 9/30/2012. |

I had a break down at the end of august, and I had the VR within a week. I think the dealer I took the bike to called around and found one close by. Try that. |

F that... get an upgraded one and never worry about another regulator problem again. I replaced mine with an FH0012 and have about 8,000 miles on it with no more issues. Lots of others here have used the compufire or others also with no issues. No way i would wait four months just for a stock replacement regulator. |

Today is the newest "release date" for my VR. I am not very hopeful. It's really not that big a deal at the moment since the weather hasn't really been the greatest for riding but...that's not really the point. I would have gotten it taken care of myself already if I didn't have the extended warranty. I bought it after I had problems with the charging system and steering head bearing. Is there anything I can do? Waiting on a part for over 4mo is completely unacceptable. |
