If it's the plastic header, you can buy a plastic welding kit at Harbor Freight (uses a heat gun) that will also supposedly do the trick.   Zac4mac Posted on Saturday, November 10, 2012 - 08:48 pm:        I have a high-end Weller solder station that is digitally controlled. I turn it down to 350-400 and can weld most thermoplastics easily. Be careful about bubbles and carbonizing. Also, watch in structural plastics for fiberglas. It can wick then vaporize plastic. Try to work "with the grain". Use a nylon screwdriver handle for donor material. Z
