Author Message   Nm5150 Posted on Sunday, October 28, 2012 - 10:02 am:        Anyone here going to be at Motorsports Ranch in Cresson,Texas next week end?Been on the road all year but I am finally going to make a track day.Also for the first time I will get to ride on DOT race rubber and have tire warmers.Never been there before but I am so excited I don't know whether to crap or go blind   Nm5150 Posted on Monday, November 05, 2012 - 06:36 pm:        Well the track day at Motorsports Ranch in Cresson,TX was great!I was the only Buell there in a sea of Ducatis(which I like BTW)and when I showed up at tech inspection the guy asked,"Are you sure you are in the right place?There is a rider advantage meet next door."I think I scared themTwo things.I highly advise race rubber and tire warmers at the track.A guy on an Ultra Classic full dresser in a scuffed up set of leathers is hard to get my head around.   Pmjolly Posted on Monday, November 05, 2012 - 10:09 pm:        On the way home from Thrills in the Hills in the Texas Hill country with the Hillcountry Hellbuellies, we past a bunch of bikes on trailers. You could tell from the gear and the direction of travel that they were from the track day in Cresson. Awesome track if you haven't tried it. Can definitely carry alot of speed. He's a good fellow and will help you in the pits as well as on the track. P.S. It was a blown fuse on my 1125R last year after the low slide from being punted on turn 11 at ECR.
