Author Message   Buellmanran Posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 - 01:54 am:        Looking for some help with my harness I have talked to Danny from EBR and was told it will be months before the new set of harness come in and are ready to ship out. I have cut mine down to copy as close as i can to there race haress. You are going to get comm errors if you use the race harness with a stock ECM, due to there being no connections for lights, O2 sensors etc. Due you have the race harness schematic?   Buellmanran Posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 - 01:36 pm:        Ok just seeing if anyone is selling a used one and the comm errors is another deal then i know the guys that run 1125 with removed headlights and tail lights dont run comm errors. I know my errors are also 02 and fan errors but not a comm error. Comm error is another thing that i have to solve   Kruizen Posted on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 - 03:04 pm:        I've only seen COMM ERROR when the speedo had issues talking to ECM   Battyone Posted on Thursday, October 25, 2012 - 05:31 am:        littlebutquick had similar problems when he tried to modify a standard loom to race spec.He got theft error there are links -whether ground or live- between systems,so you cut one out and that disconnects something else. ECMspy can turn the errors off if that's all they are...does your fan work or have you disco'd them too? Might be less hassle to wait for the ebr loom.   Buellmanran Posted on Thursday, October 25, 2012 - 10:57 am:        I had to remove the fans due to haveing full race plastics from Flexiglass and no place to mount them but for full race ill have a box fan inbetween races. Comm errors are different than error codes. My misunderstanding. I have gotten comm errors under 3 conditions. Faulty ground Low system voltage Faulty connection at ECM or IC.
