I see that have them listed seperately on the EBR store website. I just wondered what the difference is? I have an R in my CR. |

I think the difference is the gear ratio. |

That explains why my speedo reads 106 at 6500 rpms. |

Yup, 6 mph difference. It used to read 100 @ 6500 rpms. I just thought the ecm was somehow mysteriously making the bike go faster without increasing rpms....LOL |

Essentially, with the different drive, a CR in 6th is about the same as an R in 5th. So it's actually more like 15-20 mph on the top... Didn't mean to sound snide above... I rode the first CR that my shop got and thought it was cool up to 80mph. Then I wanted my R's fairing... Z |
