Ok, I know that there are some of you who have eliminated the turn signal/mirrors on the R with bar end mirrors, so what brand holds up, without the horrendous vibration and where to get some clean looking turn signals that will fill up the little holes and not look ugly. Thanks. |

My $30 mirrors work just fine. Just be sure to use loc-tite on the set screws and never-seize on the middle bolt. I've purchased several $20-$25 sets of indicators from ebay, never had an issue with any of them. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Bar-End-Mirror-Suzuki-GSXR-600-750-1000-1300R-GSX-/300527172252?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item45f8d0ba9c

I personally like the larger, rubber mounter Napoleons.

Thanks fellas! Andros, got a location on where to pick up both of these? Terrys1980 and Old_guy, have you guys got a link for a preference on indicators? Terrys1980 you mentioned some. I heard that the Yamaha R6 would work, but not sure. |

I'm a fan of the CRG mirrors. a bit $, but great quality and after a couple years mine are still going strong. No loctite or other bandaids needed. but 2-3x the cost of other BE mirrors. I'll try to get some pics of mine. I also have some nice mirror block off blinkers i found thanks to someone here. They were the smoked version from some CBR that matched up with our mirror bolt holes. Not the brightest, but mostly flush for a clean look (imo). ~50 iirc. GL! rob |

I don't have any great pics, but here's a side shot you can see the CRG folded in, and my flush mount blinker blockoffs. (took the pic for my new exhaust - so not a great shot.) Here's a better one, a bit older when i still had the blue windscreen. You can see the front of the mirror, it's bar-end, and the flush blinkers a bit more clearly. Another not intended shot of them. You can see the clamp and bar-end pretty good here. was comparing with the shorty levers i was swapping to. I've had the CRG's for 2+ years now. They are really well made and don't buzz. Fold out of the way (squeezing between cars in my driveway usually). Stay in place before folding in at speed (130-140'ish). Components replaceable if one gets damaged/scratched. A bit $, but quality. HTH - GL! rob |

Northern Thunder, how far inwards can the oberon mirrors go, can you flip the mirror over the other way so it doesnt stick out as far? Cheers Scott |

The mirrors are fairly adjustable as the arm can be moved, you could position farther inward. I have them at about a 45 degree angle. could hang them under the bar pretty easily as well as its just a clamp style mount. I can take some better photo's and post them this weekend if you are interested. turn signals are oberon as well, LED style so good and bright. I got both items from the Blue Streak racing website, I believe they are physically located in Ontario. Cheers Tom |
