Don't know if anyone saw this. I didn't know that manufacturers did this, especially for older bikes that probably aren't under warranty anymore. http://www.asphaltandrubber.com/recall/triumph-str eet-triple-r-daytona-675-recall/ |

When Chrysler wouldnt take care of the "peeling paint" issue it had on its Dodge pick ups due to using inferior primer, people started taking dealerships to small claims court and winning. Even owners that had bought the vehicles used were having luck. HD needs to fix our stator/rotor/regulator issues. It might be time to try the court system to get them to do that. I'm sure if they were facing a class action lawsuit they might be prompted to look at another solution other then the "relay" band aid. IF not maybe small claims court might be the key. |

That's what happened to my stock R/R. It overheated and stopped charging the battery. Even the wires were crispy from the heat. |

I'm most likely uninterested in any solution Harley can come up with. Now, if a class action entitles me to be reimbursed for my regulator, rotor mod, and new stator, that would be nice. |
