I've got a 2009 CR with about 13k miles on it. I'm located in southern California. 91724 I want to see if there is enough interest to part the bike out. Would anyone be interested in the engine, it starts up and runs great. It makes no odd noises, and has no noticeable loss in power. Its a 2010 motor that was installed by my dealer and has 10k miles on it. During the last oil change I found a small piece of what appears to be a clip ring that holds the wrist pin on, that's what EBR thought anyways. I have the pics of what I found during the oil change. I would be looking for about $2500 for the motor. I don't have the tools to tear into the motor otherwise I would fix it myself. The parts are worth more then $2500, heck just the rotor and stator are over $1000. | ||
