I thought I had my sag set but was I wrong. I had the NESBA SE Cycleworx set up my suspension at my last track day. WOW did it feel different. When I got home I backed them all out so I could see how they set it up. For reference I am probably about 190 with gear. No major weight savings on the bike. they set sag to 25 in the rear and 30 front. Rear preload 9 rear compression 12 rear rebound 3/4 Front reload 1 front compression 1-1/4 front rebound 1-1/4 |

Did it feel good different, bad different, or just different? I'm curious because I'm about 190 riding weight although I've dropped about 33 lbs off the bike I'm still interested in your settings. |

Turned in a lot quicker, on the straights the front end felt light. Over all the bike felt lighter and I didn't have to forced the steering. I had been at the previous settings for almost 1 year, so it was an adjustment switching. |

thank you for that info...i'll try that out. it seems to be very radical but makes sense, a whole different approach. |

I had it previsouly set up for the 190-200 # rider, their comments were that the read was way to soft and the front was way to stiff. now when you bounce the bike, the bike appears to stay level. Also my bike is an 09, I know that some of the 08's have different springs |
