Hi guys! Im trying to figure out all the exact specs for the rear pulley bolts so i can order titanium ones from probolt.

Diameter
Thread pitch

Can you guys help?

I would check the bolt specs closely. I believe the stock bolts are grade 8 with a shear strength of around 90 ksi. Many titanium bolts are much less. There are some with higher shear values but they are specialized.

Example - Grade 5 6AL-4V Titanium are common with a shear 79.8 ksi.

Ti will work... I'm using them.

You could also use something like a timesert to convert to metric M10 so you had a better selection..

16 threads per inch = coarse = UNC= unified national course

24 threads per inch = fine = UNF= unified national fine

3/8-16 = course thread = UNC - you want the UNC

Spoke to isr who is supplying my new rotors and calipers. They said i could easily swap grade 8 steel bolts with grade 5 titanium bolts. They're doing that on their own bikes.
