Did you add the EBR oiling rotor when you installed the rewound stator?

According to another Bueller I know, Erik said the oiling rotor is good for a 50 degree F drop in stator temp.

A little more data would be helpful... Like what fried again exactly, stator or CE605 SB? There have some posting about CE605 SBs failing soon after installation.

What is VAC out of the stator disconnected from VR for all 3 legs?

Did you get the Battery light for all riding conditions, idle and highway speeds?

Have you checked the upgrade harness relay for a burned out condition -> low or no charging rate at all speeds? Note: when starting up from cold, there should be a high rate of charge until the fans start up.

You shouldn't be using the harness with the CE-605...

Stock voltage regulator? I don't like the stock VR. I would at least upgrade to the mosfet one that everyone uses and is used on the new R1. My voltage was dropping when hot, no harness fix and replacing the stock VR fixed the problem. It could have taken out the stator had I kept riding with it.
