Dris, you will find there is a very active group of Buell enthusiasts in the Austin area. https://www.facebook.com/groups/46213864076/#!/groups/46213864076/members/ They also have a yahoo group that is very active. They meet up in Austin once a week, and have big events a couple of times a year. I rode with them in the Texas hill country last year, and had a blast. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/hellbuellies/ |

the only law concerning discontinued motor vehicle brands is that the manufacture has to have parts available during the initial factory warranty period. whether it be 3, 5yrs or 10yrs. No other law addresses this issue. As far as any agreement or other law. I am with court in this matter.. show me. |

Do you have a citation for this? I've searched places like the FTC and can't find anything related. |

>>>Do you have a citation for this? I've searched places like the FTC and can't find anything related. Ditto. I've been asking for the better part of 3 years, have done lots of research and, to date, have yet to find a single thing. |

I read this on a website in back in 10 and it was talking about saturn and auto companies. It not only covered discontinued lines, but lines in general. I cannot find the source now. It has been 2 years since i read it. I will digress in the area then till i can find the source |

Dris, does this mean you will be bringing your Mustang back to the states? It would be a gas on Texas highways. |

> Lot of reasons... We did our Homework > Main reason was i am getting old, and i like the heat (-: Where you are incorporated has nothing to do with where your business is located. Texas Corporations (the Legal entity) aren't great, honestly, and $10 you will be re-incorporating when you figure this out. |

Dris, Texas is a great place to live and work. (I moved here 25 yrs. ago and love it.) I'm stoked you chose Texas to expand your business. Of all the places you could choose, Texas is one of the best states to open a business, so welcome to Texas my friend. |
