They dont take cc auth over the phone. He isn't a dealer, so he isn't likely to have something like a gauge cluster though. I used to get parts from Tripp at Precision HD, they give a 10% discount for Badweb members. Tripp recently left, so I don't know what it is like to deal with them anymore, but he said to either email them parts@precisionhd.com, or call 401-724-0010. Failing that I would try Latus like Daggar suggests. I personally haven't used them, but their site is great if you have part numbers handy.
