looking to upgrade the look on my 1125R which I have an all white and blue wheels bike. Looking to change the air scoop look and get a nice body kit. I bump into LuisMoto on youtube which he has a sick ass bike their but the guy is Italian and the website is not english friendly, lol. Anyway, any ideas or places as to where I can locate a nice body kit? Please provide web links and details please. Thanks again and hope you all had a wonderful memorial weekend. As a fellow combat veteran myself, I thank those who served, are serving and will serve.. |

Luismoto is running a speed of color lower. I am buying it this winter. I would already own it but Im in the middle of buying a house and need to be more responsible with my cash right now. The website is not english friendly but I think its worth finding a translator. Its just beautiful. |

Robert Also check out: "catalystracingcomposites.com", which I have on my 1125R, (see it in my profile), but you have to fabricate brackets with these, cut a place for the kickstand and paint them. I made my brackets, easily, with 1"x1/8" aluminum strap from Home Depot and used Dzus fastners to secure it. One piece and it comes off in less then one minute for service. They were the first ones to offer a one piece lower back in 2008 when I put mine on and there are quite a few to pick from now. Good luck with your choice. Bob |

Man of man, between the SOC and the Airtech is a close call! both are awesome body kits, SOC has better characteristic to it with the agressive look about it but a lil more pricier... Does the SOC come pre drilled w all the proper mounting brackets, holes etc? I wonder why more of these Buells 1125R are not around, especially in Chicago. Everyone that sees my bike pays me tons of compliments, and I love to be different. I was about to buy me a Ducati 848 but thank God I found this Buell plus it's "AMERICAN" made so thats a BIG PLUS! Thanks |

My Airtech panels and belly pan came in last week. Not only do they look great on the bike, they're by far the easiest to mount that I've had. Cheap too. I've had the new style Flexiglass ram air and sold it before mounting on my bike, mainly because I'm converting my racer to street use. Ram air has no place on streets when the temp is >80 and you're in traffic. I still have my original Flexiglass panels that I have for sale. they're ok but can't compare with the Airtech panels for quality, fit, ease of mounting, and looks. It all depends on what you're looking for. I want the bodywork that HD should have allowed. |

I like that the Airtech provides more coverage, but I like the smooth lines of the SOC better. |

There's also ZAS fairings as an option. Super easy to fit. Here's a link so you can see what they look like. http://motorcycle-gear.eu/product/543/zas-racing-b uell-1125-r-lower-fairing.html |

VAT = Value Added Tax. Probably in the 16-18% tax range. This will be removed from your cost, as it's being exported and not sold locally. The fitting on this kit is dead easy. 2 support brackets (in kit) get put on by the exhaust hangers (IIRC - been a while since I looked). Uppers hang over pods (I strongly suggest you line the insides of the uppers with felt so that they don't scratch the plastic of the pods), lower attached by Dzus fasteners and support brackets at the back. |

Thanks brother~ The ZAS kits looks awesome and one thing I like is that you dont have to do the holes yourself, do brackets yourself etc like "some" other kits do. Wish the Speed of Color one was as easy... Plus I think this ZAS kit is much cheaper which is always nice |
