I just got my 09 cr. 400 miles everyhitng was stock when i got it. The owner 52 yr old male also included a fmf pipe and ebr race brain. Bike Runs nice and its fun. Im use to jap bikes. A few things i might just not be use to. Fans running at 55 degrees out side after short ride. No biggie there. Whats UP WITH THE STALLING i touch the throtle and it dies no cough nothnig just dies. makes me look like a rookie any ideas?

welcome aboard! if you blip the throttle, it'll die. i don't do it. i let the squids rev it to the moon, then i leave them sitting on the line. torque for days, and fun as hell!!! congrats on the bike!! |

Do a search here on badweb. Putting the EBR computer in can cause all sorts of phantom codes. |

It sounds like that ECM was never used. When the ECM is made, it will have those errors as a result of the programming process, but they will clear out after the bike is started a few dozen times. Ignore them for now |

I never got any errors when I first used my EBR ECM. I did let the engine idle for 10 minutes as instructed. |

The stalling is common during break in. It should go away by your second oil change. |
