Noticed that there is a missing bolt on the engine next behind the exhaust clamp? Engine isn't in frame at that point so the normal attachment points at the top side of the engine may not be convenient. Although that is a pretty weak argument since most every part on Buells tend to serve more than one purpose. Normal though non the less.
