Not only are those batteries stupid light weight they perform! I had his used one in the 1125R 'on' for about 5hrs total on Thursday and when I finally got ready to fire that pig......she rolled over then I reprimed fuel then hit the button a second time and the bike roared to life as if the battery was fresh off the charger. Trust me once I have the cash there will be a Shorai in my 1125R! |

That is good to hear, I am getting one to supplement the stupid stator for a long trip. I can't quite afford the EBR fix yet, so the Shorai battery will be a lifesaver if the stator conks out in the middle of the desert. |

I would reccomend for capacities sake getting the endurance model. It's more cash but will give you more time to get somewhere if the stator 'conks out' |

I love the Shorai - use it in the racebike with a total loss electrical system. It'll do 2 back to back 8 lap races with 2 start-ups and STILL has grunt left if needed (say if there was a red flag) The first time you have one in your hand, you're gonna be shocked. My thought at first was "I must have gotten a display battery" - no insides. |

The display units aren't functional but are filled with an equal weight wise amount of sand. People stopped by during the fan walks and were really surprised. |

The endurance model is the one that I ordered, thanks for the feedback, sounds like I made a good purchase! |

This week I'm heading to Alabama for a five week work related school...perfect timing to catch Road Atlanta. I would really love to see Shawn compete in the Superbike class...so...donation sent! |
