You'll need a CR swingarm, belt and pulley.

I think the tensioner is the same.

Not to mention a CR ECM if you want your speedo to be accurate.

Kenttyy74,

Another option to allow 1125CR rear sprocket, 1125CR belt to be used on existing 1125R rear swing arm is a custom idler pulley. Using a larger than stock idler pulley takes the slack out of the 1125CR belt and sprocket combination with the 1125R swingarm. Several people on the forum have used custom pulleys, my son and I made several from scratch and sold them to several members. The custom idler pulley has been installed on my 2008 1125R for almost two years now without problems. If you have an EBR ECM (or are good with TunerPro or ECMSpy), they can recalibrate the speedometer so that the speed is correct too. Here are some links to get you started:

My son wanted $200 to make another one on his lathe, so budget that into your plans if it applies.

embedded in the hydraulic press

Zecca,

Interesting modification. How do you keep the ring from migrating from the vibration of operation? Can you "pin" or screw the ring from the inside of the original pulley rim?

embedded in the hydraulic press
It was PRESSED IN under significant force,( think tons ) the OE part is aluminum and they will not separate due to heat}

A .oo1 interference fit would be plenty to hold it in place. Freeze the pulley and heat the ring to 300 degrees and it will slide right on. If you want to remove it later it will have to be cut or machined off.

think I'd drill and pin/screw the boundary at 120 degrees.

that's it! .OO1 difference is sufficient to fit the parts!

I had to remove the outer ring! the belt was new and over time became loose

is easier than making a new one! but the but the size of spent aluminum is the same

if you guys want know I take the measures of the part
