Anyone able to do me a favor and take a measurement of their stock front brake line? Thanks. |

BTW, consider installing a longer one. It makes front wheel changes easier. |

Exactly what I'm doing, I just need to know the stock size so I can order a larger one. What did you go with? Also, any info on what ends you used? (bends, etc.?) |

99: I made my own. I bough a couple of ends from OPP racing and some raw teflon/SS braid line. The ends aren't your typical crimp finish, but instead use a copper and aluminum threaded compression fit, not unlike a copper water or gas line. I've pulled, tugged, and hung the caliper on that line forever now. Not a single issue with pull. The outside threads grab the braid. I think I made it like 20" long... don't remember. It's ridiculously long. If you just want a long front brake line ready to go, EBR sells them. I don't see them on the site, but I bought one a while back for my 2nd R bike. |

Ah, didn't know that EBR had them, I'll be ringing them as I need to order some more race pads and a plethora of other items. Thanks! |

Another option I've used is my local chopper shop stocked/could order brake line parts ready to assemble. Different end angles/sizes and line lengths. |

Correct, hence this thread asking the stock length so I could get one that is longer. |

Assuming the location of the R and clubman CR mc are pretty close, my orignal clubman line measures 26 3/4 inches center of holes, one end straight the other appears to be a 45. |
