Hey all, my dad stepped on my right radiator while I was doing a valve check this last week. Anyone got one laying around they wanna sell? |

Brand new from a dealer it will run you about $120. A quick search on ebay shows the ones in good condition to be not much cheaper. |

Both of the ones on eBay I looked were pretty dented and not worth the money they want. I am going to try and jb weld it for now but will probably just order one from the dealer if they are only 120. Garage is well lit but not super clean which caused the accident. |

try the JB weld "stik" - comes in a plastic "test tube" you cut off a hunk of putty with a knife and knead it until it is a uniform color http://jbweld.net/products/jbstik.php - then you have 4 minutes to work it into the repair - i use it for desert racing/track day repairs to fix cases and rads. make sure the hole/area is clean (alcohol/acetone) and dry and a little roughed up - works well - give it 24 hours it works great...good luck |

Thanks guys I only have a little apace to work on my bike in our garage untill I get my own house and my dad is good at being a bull in my China shop. This past summer he smoked my motor with the tractor when I had it out. LOL |

Personally on a road bike I just wouldn't risk a repair. Should it fail as you tip into a bend it could be deadly. |
