Make sure your relay is working..after some use the contacts in the relay get carbon build up and the third phase becomes an open circuit. I may be a good idea to replace the relay ,every 6500 miles... Symptoms of a bad relay..Battery light coming on at idle during heavy stop and go riding... Voltage dropping fast when waiting at a light... A bad relay will not cause the battery light to show when rpm is above 2000 |
