I had a few connections taken loose while fixing the trottle after putting them back on I have a check engine light.

I looked in the manual and it said to see the Electronics manual which I do no have.

Dose anyone know how to clear the code?

Thanks Russell

Either start the bike 50 times, or use a program like TunerPro to check and clear the codes.

If the check engine light is on while you are riding, you have an active code and it will not clear till the problem is resolved.

Thats works I have

U0001 Comom Error

P0193 Sys Err

P0562 System Voltage

I just replace the battery 2 days ago after checking the Stator. The pins read 47 48 48 so it checked ok.

Dos anyone have a picture of the fuel pressure sensor? I want to make sure the connection is all the way in but im not sure which one it is?

russ..out here on the left coast we have to get our 4 wheel cages "smog tested" every other year...usually the chk engine light comes on just as you are gonna get it tested...the O2 sensors are usually the culprit - a quick install of a new one and you're ready to go? - NOT...the chk engine light is still "on" - what some shade tree mechanics have found that if you disconnect the battery ..say over night (24 hrs) the code disappears - I don't know if this will work on the Buell - but if the code bothers you - you might want to try it - if you do disconnect the battery - strongly suggest you go thru the TPS reset exercise after you reconnect - BUT before you start her up...don't want to "throw" another code!
good luck

Check both connectors at your ECM. Pull them apart completely and then push them back together until they lock.

Battery disconnect will NOT clear codes.

P0193 is Fuel Pressure Sensor Circuit Low
P0562 is Battery Voltage Low

Hope this helps you out!
