I have had the battery out of my R two times and after having some issuse I replaced it. I took it out again yesterday and changed it with a new one and rode all day with no problems. Today I went for another ride just to make sure everything was ok before I to Indy on it this weekend. Everything was fine for the first 30 min ran like a champ then all the sudden the throttle starts to stick. IF I barley move it any at all it takes off to about 3k to 4k then I have to push it back forward then it just repeats the process. Before I got crazy checking cables and lubing stuff I wanted to see if you are supposed to reset the TPS and IAC because I am running and RT3 with the Erik Buell Racing ECM. If so dose anyone have the procedure because I lost my paper after doing it the first time. I just dont know if this is it and if so why dident it do it yesterday when I was riding insted of today? |

It's your breather tube, it slips down and rubs on the throttle cable and the cable sticks. See this post... http://badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290431/ 642941.html?1311628439 Look for the pic in zac4mac's post tonsee where it is. |
