So I was planning on buying the Flexi-glass kit or another kit with the belly pan but on Sunday 8-14-2011 after one year with my Barkers, I scrapped it on one of the on ramps. Since I also plan on doing track days next year wanted to make sure I wasn't going to damage it in the corners.

Will what be a problem? The scratch? The only problem I see with mounting any lower body kit is that crazy pipe bent that sticks out front with a Barkers. Don't know for sure because I don't have one, but that bend was thereason I didn't get one. |

Sorry that I didn't explain myself that well. If I get a belly pan, since I scratched the exhaust on a lean, will I scratch a belly pan or lower kit on a lean as well? |

You could for sure. However I would think it would have to be when your in a lean and hit a dip or raise in the road. |

Bud - that crazy pipe sticking out the front is the kickstand, you nummy! Craigg- obviously, the belly pan will be lower and more to the outside in order to clear the muffler, so if you are dragging the can, you'll probably drag the pan first... My can mounts like this - - No drag problem...
With belly pan, still no draggy - -

Stirz you're nuts! I was talking about that crazy collector or downtube that comes with the Barkers. You know, between the front wheel and the oil cooler?! But yeah, if you're dragging the can, you're going to drag a pan. Wait...on ramps. On your trailer? if thats the case, just raise the front of your trailer which lowers the back. Thats what I have to do when I have mine set up for drag racing. |

Red - Roger that, and after looking at Craigg's pictures a little closer I realized that his can is mounted quite a bit further forward, judging from the sump screen location. I think the HeeBeeArr can is farther back and up, so that's likely why I have more clearance. |
