Just got the SoloBuell chin fairing with the mounting brackets, but without bolts for the motor. Does anyone know what the thread pattern is on the side of the motor? |

Most thread patterns are of a "spiral" pattern, starting from the end of the fastener going around (or spiraling) the shaft of the fastener to somewhere near the head of the fastener. Sorry, you left it open..! Need to explain which holes you are talking about if you are asking about what the fastener diameter is. Mike |

lol... way to get mad at people for you not being clear in your question. They asked what bolt you meant and you supplied a picture showing at least four different bolts with no indication of which one you meant. If you are asking what the thread is for the empty hole in the picture then i don't know and i'm in afghanistan right now so i can't check but if i remember correctly my side fairing brackets mounted using the clutch cover bolts. Just from looking at the picture it looks like the hole is probably an M8 x 1.5 but i would suggest removing some bolts from somewhere else and seeing what fits and then take that bolt with you to get one to use on the bracket. You would probably have gotten a lot more help with a clear question and a lot less attitude. Good luck |

Your right Bextreme04... My question wasn't clear, Neither was the pic I assumed the empty hole would be clear enough. Hindsight, I shouldn't have even attempted badweb. I'll just grab a few sizes around that. thanks for your advice, and even more. Thank you for your service. |
