My cam, followers and real Rotax, Buell, Harley valve shims and rear brake disc is in. I'll pick'em up this weekend.

Now to figure out taking the engine out/frame off.

Take the frame off. much easier IMO.

2 helpful pieces of advice:

1. do not take the front wheel off, take the front end off. undo the upper triple tree, then the whole front end will slide off the bike.

2. Don't take off the swingarm, only remove the wires that flow under the frame, then when you are about to take the frame off have someone hold the swingarm sideways and feed it though the hole in the frame.
