2009
1125r
pirelli diablo rosso corsa's
I have a new back tire in the car(hints wore-out)
Front tire has been on there for 4500miles

I was just past 140 uphill going into a couple of light bends and the front end was floating left and right. (not scary just light) I am not sure if the up hill and slight wind that had my front end light or if its because my helmet wasn't all the way under the wind screen (scorpion helmet with pump cheeks).
Could it be my front tire of just a factor of all three?
I don't allways ride like that I was just playing with a Subaru

OK unsure if your kidding or what on this one. Upon accelerating uphill you are in fact causing the momentum of the wheels to exceed the momentum of gravity itself in turn creating lift.

LOL
I didn't think that one out very well!

Its nice to have a network of knowledgeable people who will lend a moment of their time to help someone out.

Thanks for straightening me out, the road sure wasn't

No problem...I would also invest in a dampener when you have some extra money laying around as well as get your suspension tuned proper since the settings in the book are kinda crap. When I say kinda i mean really crap. If you really wanna understand more do yourself a favor and get your self to a trackday. Good Luck !

yeah its crazy hot out here lately yesterday was our first day under 100 in 2 weeks because of rain spots, we might break a record this year. saw a bridge like that yesterday on my ride home, luckily the leos had just shut it down. that would be crazy to hit at speed.

I am glad that my motorcycle insurance covers medical cost's if I get into an accident..expecially like the situation that happened to that guy in pawnee. We know the DOH isn't reasonable nor would be the foreigners who own and maintain that highway.

I wonder if a full fairing would cut that way down?

FWIW, the pirelli fronts don't wear very evenly. They tend to bow and the carcases deform. Dunlop or B-Stone are your best choice for fronts, especially with this bike's weight distribution.
