Anybody enquired about how much the parts cost ? I'm referring to the seat bodywork and frame rails. I know I could email Erik Buell Racing and ask but with threads saying how busy they are I thought it might be better to ask here first ! |

And since the 1190 frame is different...nobody's even verified if the tail section will bolt up to an 1125. |

it will...mike1125r has it, there's a gap between it and the airbox though...so he filled it in with padding. Jake |

There was a guy on here not two long ago with the Rs subframe on his dragged out 1125 so it should fit with a little ingenuity |

key piece of info there "I took my bike to Ebr so they could make me a custom drag race sidewinder" http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/625491.html?1302138487 he took the bike to Erik Buell Racing to have it done he didn't fit it up himself. granted he says it bolts straight up and who am i to cast doubt on what he's said. i would sure love to see pictures though after being told that 'virtually nothing' will mount to our bikes by people here we all consider to be good sources of info |

keep in mind...there's a difference in saying "they will mount up" and "they are the same" Jake |

This sounds like a great combo... Rear RS subframe w/ new airbox from EBr! or maybe Rear RS subframe and custom baldwin built to fill the gap! (but doubt the baldwin seat is the same as 25R). either way - can't wait till some of these goodies are available from EBr! |

I have the 1190rr subframe not an RS subframe. They are slightly different but still bolt up the same. Booiman1981 your speculation is incorrect (key piece of info) The 1190 subframe bolts right up to the stock location holes on the 1125r frame with no modifications. Remove and replace, don't get any simpler than that. I know what was done to my bike. You need the 1190 under tray, Ebr lithium battery, stock battery wont fit. Only mods is repositioning your harness, cables, regulator etc.. and re fit the master. We used a race harness the stock harness will be a really tight fit. Fill the gap between the seat pan and airbox. As far as I know the only difference in the 1190 to 1125r frame is its clearanced underneath more to fit the new massive ram air duct under the frame. So if your planning on going with the new Ebr air box, its not going to work with your stock frame. If you want solid answers contact ebr sales.

Thanks Mike112r. Great pics! Ridenusa41- They are not the same, if they were I wouldn't want the 1190 tail. Your right there is a diference but aparentlly "they will mount up". (Message edited by jacob83z28 on July 11, 2011) |
