I have sent two emails with no response. Just a simple question regarding shipment of my ECM that I ordered on the 10th. Did anyone get a email from ebr when your item shipped? There site still shows its processing and I am going to be kinda bummed if I get my pipe from Dean and I dont have the ECM considering I paid for expedited shipping on the muffler so I could have it in time for my next track day. |

I'd identify what you were asking about the order number in the header. "10000060" or "shipping update request, 10000060". Which explains itself better to the reader? Remember - "the reader" is getting hundreds of emails a day (maybe an hour). Don't tell a story, but get the facts out as quickly as possible. "Shipping update request" tells that person what book to grab or what document to open, so they can read your email, research their document (maybe putting an order date could help, depending on how they crossreference their spreadsheets), and fire off a reply within a minute or two. Remove The Guesswork. |

The exact wording was "order # 10000060 status" I sent one on the 15th and earlier today. I would not even question them if there website showed that it had shipped, but all I see is PROCESSING |

Well I finally got my reply today saying Erik Buell Racing was aware I wanted engine braking left on my ECU after it was already on my door step. Long story short and after 11 emails and 3 replies I think I have what I need. The ECU is being returned to sender and will be shipped back with stock engine braking. I just cant wait until the RT3 is on along with the ECU. Then I am sure I will forget most of this mess. |

There are no messages regarding #100000060 status in either the info@ebracing or tech@ebracing folders... So where are you sending these questions? |

Also no incidence of 6 unanswered e-mails from anyone in either of those mailboxes. So where were they going? Our apologies that there is no comment section on the new ordering page, we'll try to get that set up as soon as we can. The phone is too busy, takes a long time to get through, and there is no written record of what was requested if there are any issues. We have MANY more issues when using the phone and so avoid as much as possible. |

Anonymous, should I send another email to the addresses you posted. I fined it odd that Russmannn ordered his ECM 4 days after mine and he has already taken delivery of his. I don't mean to be a PITA but I REALLY want to run my new exhaust at my next track day on the 26th. |

I got a replies form these two guys danny.bilansky@ebracing.com and michael.richter@ebracing.com I also tried info@ebracing.com and tech@ebracing.com If you have to be like me and and send them 11 emails in 3 days. Its upsetting to have to send out so many and only get two replies, hope you get your EUC by the 26th. I hope to have mine back by then to because I had to send mine back for engine braking. |

I tried for ages to get some reasonable customer service from ebracing. All I wanted was realistic postage from them to the uk, but they kept telling me there was a problem with their postage supplier and a half pound box 6ins square would cost $114 to send. (UPS should be around $40) In the end I simply gave up which is a shame because I would really like a race ECM. In my opinion they need to up their game. |

Remember though that sending 11 emails about the same thing could be slowing down their response if they are already very busy....... give the guys a break .... I bet they are all working their arses off trying to get Erik Buell Racing up to full speed. |

Guys, Erik Buell Racing has always responded to me within 12 hours, one time they emailed me at 2 am. They are on top of their stuff. You have to put the right stuff in the title and get to the point in the email, as many have said, they are very busy. If you don't get a response its probably because your email went in their spam folder or something. Erik Buell Racing has the best customer service of any company I have ever seen. They are so helpful, and so knowledgeable. |
