Holeeee Keeeerap man, what a difference! The bike lost all of its street gear, so it lost a a fair amount of weight. I'm also 20 pounds lighter. That in combo with more power absolutely transformed this beast and I dont even have the Erik Buell Racing ECM yet. I didnt go nuts...the wrist really hurts in riding position still, but I did crack it open just a tad. It used to be taboo to go WOT in 1st and 2nd since the front wheel would lift. I guess I have to be careful with 3rd now too, dayumm! I was surprised to feel the wheel lift in 3rd, i stayed in it and when I came down, the GPR did its job great. No wiggle, no new grey hairs sprouted. Also, when I used to try to get as much acceleration as possible without lifting the wheel, the front end would 'skim' the ground , giving me a heart attack the whole time until it would settle. The GPR eliminated that as well. I cant wait t o get this baby on the track for a real test. Oh yea, i also installed some cycle pirate 360 pegs and I'm playing with the position. Right now, I'm up about and inch and slightly back compared to stock. Really no sense in dialing those in until I get to the track though...no holes in my boots(toe) this year, yeeehah! Thank you Puzzled, Brumbear, Jornum, NJBO, Jersey Thunder and Dean Adams for your support and help. Good things coming! hey with this new exhaust my bike doubles as a leaf blower. groovy. Come on SPRING!! |

hey with this new exhaust my bike doubles as a leaf blower. groovy I have the jardine, with a angled out tip and mine works great a leaf blower , it also works great to stay right beside those people who won't get off there cell phones while driving, keep the exhaust tip about in line with their window and they seem to hang up pretty quick.. |
