I bought a flexi-glass belly pan the other day and attempted to mount it yesterday... I cut out a space for the side stand and i still can't seem to get it to line up to mount. I am trying to add it to the Buell side fairings I have on my bike for a complete "full" fairing. Any suggestions will help.

Let me know how it goes and take some pictures. I've been interested in doing the same thing.

Did you buy your bellypan from Erik Buell Racing or did you get it from Flexi-glass? Your bike looks great. I can't get the belly pan to match up to the side fairings. It seems that the belly pan isn't wide enough

Pascal - do you have a side on view of that bellypan?

Oh, sorry. I didn't know that "Flexi-Glass" is a brand, thought it was standing for the material fiber glass. Yes. It is the bellypan from E.B.R./Buell. My basic approach was to have a "original Buell full fairing".

But here also I have a little space between the under and the middle parts of the fairing. But it is only one inch or two. And with the paint this clearance is quasi invisible.

Thank you for your kind annotation about my fairing-job. You are the first one who have said something to this job (beside my girlfriend of cause).

Greetings,
Pascal

PS & @Jules: Yes, in my hotel room. Please wait some hours.

Thanks Pascal - that does look really nice.. I couldn't picture in my head how the Erik Buell Racing bellypan would look with the side fairings but that does look good.

I think I just found the next thing to spend some money on : )

Hasty,
I contacted Erik Buell Racing several months ago about making a belly pan for the Buell side fairings, there is interest but they have bigger fish to fry ATM. I almost wished the company who made their current offerings would just craft one in their spare time (haha) and pass it to Erik Buell Racing for some test fitting, etc so we can start buying them from Erik Buell Racing. I'd pick one up immediately. Until we get a belly pan that installs cleanly with minimal effort, I'm going to wait. Maybe an injection molded colored plastic one to match! *Wishing in one hand.... sh!tt!ing in the other*

On the "left coast" AirTech suppplies fairings for vintage and current bikes - he has a belly pan listed for the 1125s which may be the one E B R sells????

http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/buell/1125R200 8.htm

I do NOT see a full fairing offered by his shop...maybe someone on the racing board could help...(paging Slaughter, paging Mr. Slaughter)
