So, I purchased an exhaust from KEDA a while back and had some concerns about it a few weeks after the install. I sent Dean Adams an email and not a half an hour later, he responded with an email and then a phone call the following day. Not only did this guy go out of his way to address my concerns but he rectified any issues I had in one day. Then, gave me a follow up phone call to ensure my I was satisfied. Now, I don't know about any of you, but when a company treats you this well, I think it should be shared and discussed. If any of you are in the market for an exhaust, I highly recommend a KEDA. The man (Dean) even through in a free tidbit for the exhaust. If inly all people ran their businesses this way. Thanks Dean, I hope the weather and road conditions improve and you can enjoy more time on your bike. |

Good Call, same experience here. emailed Dean, then received a call from him - about 1 hour after i sent email. he answered all my questions. i purchased rt1 exhaust system the next day. he called several times, giving updates on build, asking about tip placement, sending pics for my approval. when i received the exhaust, i was pleasantly surprised with the workmanship. this is a QUALITY, hand made system. Thanks again Dean |

The cocktease stage as I have dubbed it. Been there, and it sucks till you get it and mount it. |
