Since destroying my front turn signal, I've been playing with some alternatives. Here's one that I like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPbf2IizUuk |

while you're at it, go ahead and glue a strip in the pods intake or just chop and swap the running lights |

Paint. Thanks. Hot Rods and Hogs. http://www.hotrods-n-hogs.com/ They are perfectly visible from the front. I like that it gets my attention in the seat. I'm always forgetting to cancel my signals. |

Maybe an amber strip like that in the pods would look pretty cool for a turn signal as well. |

I thought about the pods. But lighting only the pods would sacrifice visibility, and doing both I'm afraid would be a little too Disco for my taste. I thought about burying one bright red LED up in the POD to create a subtle glow. |

Stay away from Red/Blue colors. They are reserved for emergency vehicles and you will attract attention from the wrong folk. A soft white would match the headlights better. I've seen green before but it's not my favorite and looks kinda tacky. |

I like the strips on the pods. I put them on originaly as a temporary measure till I could found something more permanent but they are staying now. mirrors/indicators were the first to go on the cr.

Nah, I got em off ebay in UK. Searched far and wide and these were the best I could find at the time, flexible, stick on, cheap and low profile less than 1/8th thick. |
