Hi, i have been trying to get hold of someone at Erik Buell Racing, i have sent my ECM there for a reflash but i have heard nothing from them in a couple of weeks and have had no reply to any emails i have sent to a number of address i have. Anybody know whats going on there, i gather they are busy getting the new bike ready, but i would like to know they have at least received it. |

Simple. Email tech@ebracing.com Subject - "package received from (insert name)?" Body - Hi, I was checking to make sure my 1125 ECM arrived at your facility. I know you're busy, and don't expect the work to be complete anytime in the immediate future...but just want to make sure it arrived. Please advise when you get a chance, thanks! Precisely what I'd recommend. Send to ONE e-mail address. The one above is proper. Include (each and every time you send and e-mail) COMPLETE contact information. That save's having to go back digging and searching for old e-mails. EXAMPLE: I got an e-mail from a Bueller needing help the other day . . "Please call me". There was no phone number. Akin to the "please send me a shirt" e-mail that has no address or size. COMMUNICATION. I'll bet you get an answer pronto. |
