Tony - the kit is X2086.1AM that fixes the dribble. Gotta run for work now or I'd do a kit breakdown. If no answers for you by this evening, I'll PM you tonite. Zack |

The O rings on the sleeve and behind the spherical nut, are actually very cheap. The two lipped seals on the piston are the ones that the MoFuCo want to lift your shirt for. Brumbear, I think, found some alternatives that fit but were the wrong material for brake fluid. Viton has been suggested but I've found that can degrade with certain types of race fuel I've used in race bikes, so I think an alternative compound may be needed. I've got an engineering company on the case for modifying the piston sleeve and I've a spare set of piston 'wiper' seals sitting on my desk at the moment as I'm trying to source suitable alternatives in the UK. On a test rig, the engineering company have demonstrated to me how the sleeve can rock ever so slightly in the cover recess. |

PM sent, but here's the list of part numbers I ordered for this. Includes the 2 o-rings in front of the piston, both piston linings and the 2 o-rings that go on the sleeve. The last part number is the sleeve which I ordered as well since it's not that expensive.
