So, i've been deployed for the last 10 months and i'll be home in about another month or so and my bike hasnt moved an inch since i came over here. It's in a storage facility and i made sure it had proper tire pressure before i left. Just wondering if there will be a flat spot on the tires so i can go ahead and buy a new set now if so. I know my battery is dead as a rock cause, like my stupid self, i forgot to disconnect it before i left, but that's no biggy, easy to get another one. |

I honestly wouldn't worry about 10 months. If the tires have remain inflated you should be fine. Welcome back. |

id try to charge it as a spare and no dont worry bout the tires. Mine sat for 8 or so months while i was in Iraq with no issues. If you go after market on the battery be careful just cuz it fits the hole doesnt mea the terminals will be right... |

sweet, glad i wont have to get new tires put on. only have about 3,000 on the originals and still probably have about 3-4000 more miles left on them and i dont want to waste that much tire. |

Unfortunately i'm stationed at Camp Pendleton, California. I hate AND love cali, has some of the best twisties i've seen in the hills, but has the WORSE traffic imaginable. |

Junior - head out towards Julian. Used to be an EXCELLENT campground out there, Black Canyon IIRC, 30 years ago... Zack |
