I want to do the ground wire as suggested in another thread but the picture provided shows a location that is occupied by the Cali cannister and I don't know where the regulator is. Anyone?

on the left side of the rear fairing, where the battery tender cable comes out of the fender, see the silver box, that's it. Its in the same spot on 1125's.

look to the left of the battery in this picture,
