Ok my bike went in 2 weeks ago for a charging system? S.S.Harley (indy) overnighted a stator, and now their waiting on the stator wires to dry...was told it takes 7 days to set up properly. So when the shop orders the stator it doesn't come with the wires attached? I am not sure about the wires separate, it may have been cheaper to buy without the wiring harness and reuse old...maybe the wires are always separate...???anyone FYI if this is the case just be sure to add 7days after receiving stator and having it installed. This job could easily take 3-4 weeks without overnight. |

Uh. Sounds like a crock to me. I had my stator ordered, shipped and installed in 5 working days. |

I would hold my tongue as you did. When I got the bike back I would never return to that dealership. A Company that allows B.S. suggest's under qualified management and personnel. This is not too confidence inspiring when you start thinking about the guy that is working on your bike. How happy could that person be in that type of environment? |
