I have a 08 1125r and I was looking at the owners book for it. (When I bought mine they lost all the 08 books so they gave me a 09.) I noticed the suspension settings for the 08s and the 09/10s are different. What did they change? or are the 09 settings just more dialed in? I have always had my 08 set to the 09 settings and it feels great for me, I tried the 08 settings and didn't like them at all. So I just wanted to know if they changed the hardware of the bike or just refined their chart. thx |

Early 08's have different fork springs than the later 08's and 09-10's. |

I remember reading that there was a suspension change mid year 08. If your bike is a later model then the 09 settings might be better. |

Thank you! Mine was made at the very end of the 08 run. that must be why my bike feels way better with the 09 settings then it does with the 08. Thank you again |
