10k miles on a set of HH pads on the street, still ok. I use the fronts for probably 90% of the stopping duty, maybe more. Rears are used pretty much exclusively at stoplights.

The OEM are actually are pretty good choice for that mix.

I think I was experiencing brake fade with the EBC HH pads last track day.

JD: On a side note, my caliper wasn't looking like yours, but I definitely had some brake fade going on. That's with the RBF600 and the EBC HH pads...maybe switch to Extreme's next time???

I'm probably one of the few that will say this, but don't bother with the EBC HH. They may be better than stock, but they're only slightly better if that. I've used the Dunlopad HH+ compound on my CBR600F2 and it made the bike's relatively wimpy two-piston calipers feel like four-piston units--the increase in stopping power is very noticeable. The part number for the 1125 is SDP993. www.dp-brakes.com

The part number for the front EBC HH pads is FA454/4HH. I found them online for $42.70. How many sets do I need to order to do the front brakes?
