E B R has come through for me AGAIN! I can't say enough good about these guys! Michael Richter is always willing to (correctly) answer even my dumbest technical questions (where does this guy get the time?) and has always given me spot on advice. He is selling me parts at what must be dealer wholesale and seems to throw a freebee in once in a while, to boot! I know I am just an amateur dragracer, but these guys take care of me, and I have no doubt they will take care of you, too! I did get the bike buttoned back up, but after installing the new injectors and doing an impromptu minor airbox mod and test ride, I wasn't able to make it to the drags today, but now am really looking forward to running her next week, with a full report. Thanks again Erik and Michael, Ray Berry |

Order online, these guys are super busy. I order online, and must admit it is hit or miss to get a tech guy on the phone, but if they are available, you will get them. They have a very comprehensive online list of their available parts, this is the best way to do it. If you don't see what you need on the website, you will have to catch them at the shop when they aren't out racing. I guess I have been lucky that way, but I am persistent and not afraid to call back. They have always been super helpful when I do get them. You have to understand, there's just a few of these guys, and I think they are doing a fantastic job. Don't forget, it is Erik Buell RACING, so i imagine that RACING is their priority! Good luck! |

Erik Buell Racing has been great to me, too. But, I don't ask them 'street' questions. They have parts and answers for road (mostly) and drag racing. That's what those guys do. (Message edited by jdugger on July 29, 2010) |

Ditto Jd, E B RACING, I wouldn't bother them about basic street stuff, either. |

I don't want to bother them. I'm just trying to buy some of their items on their website, but my address is to a military address because I'm stationed overseas. Their website won't let me just by the stuff like the rest of you living in the states have the luxury of. They have the option to ship to the rest of the world except me. Just seems kind of messed up, and all I want is to buy some parts to make my Buell more bad ass. |

Motorhead, Send an e-mail to tech@ebracing.com, and we will reply how to accomplish the transactions. It's actually a UPS issue with military address delivery. |

Too cool. Good to see someone so busy take the time to help people out with "the little things" |

I can verify what Anony is saying. I worked at Summit Racing for 6 years, and UPS can't handle APO addresses, it's gotta be US mail. It's something we always had to do off line to make happen. |

that's weird that ups says they can't do apo/fpo because when i was in iraq they would take it and then drop it at the po to be mailed from there |

I was never mad or anything like that. I was more disappointed that I wasn't getting a response. I was being patient, but just venting my frustration. I know they're a small crew and that they're busy, but I just wanted some help like the rest of you were getting. Someone finally helped me out and I'm totally appreciative, and I told them so myself. |

I ordered a barkers tuned ECM from Erik Buell Racing yesterday afternoon. It shipped yesterday and will be here Monday. I can't wait, it's really in need of the fueling the ebr ECM will provide. |

WESTMOORENERD, they got to me and hooked me up. I think they'll get to you soon if they haven't already. I'm sure you know how it is as much as I do. Being overseas, the best thing you have to look forward to are the packages in the mail that you bought on the internet. I don't think a lot of these guys understand what it's like to have to buy almost everything you want through the internet/mail, and then have to wait three weeks for it to get through the post office, onto a rotator, and across the pond/s to us. Well it's been a couple weeks and a couple emails, but still no reply from Erik Buell Racing, I've tried emailing sales@ebr and tech@ebr... If anyone knows someone there can you have them email me at alan.hubin@gmail.com? |
