For those running these tires, well those who run them and like them, how do you have your suspension set? What psi are you running in them? Does your front feel like it's not planted? I've just put on these tires and can't afford to keep switching tires to find one that I like. As of now they have around 200+ or so miles on them, they are balanced, and my suspension was set perfectly to the corsas. Does tire change mean suspension seting change? I ride mostly in town, some hwy, but can't seem to get over 90ish without my front feeling very loose, almost floaty. Last night I went riding with friends and once again brought up the rear. We were riding fast sweepers and doing near 90 when they pulled away. Fun roads but not too fun having them wait for me. Please help. I'm near 190 all geared up. |

There have been other people here having the same experience as you, running the Pilot Road II tires . Look at this thread: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/576026.html?1279001598 The Michelin fitment guide does not list the Pilot Road II for the 1125, it is listed for all the XB models. |

Are you running pr2's front and rear? I am running the stocker on the front and a pr2 on the rear. I love it so far, i only have about 250 miles on it, but it feels planted to me. I have had it up to 130 mph on the pr2 and it feels very solid. |

Yes I am running pr2's front and rear. I have no problems with the rear, just the front. I guess I will try a stiffer suspension setting as those are the psi's I'm running as well. When you say stiff, are you just a click off of normal? Or are you a good bit off? Hey xb9er, what is your top speed on these, and does your bike feel planted? Thanks for the help. |

I'm a good bit more stiff. One day toona and I were running late so we juiced it on the highway, one time I looked down and was doing 154 and it felt super smooth. |

Well then, I guess it's off to play with suspension tuning. Hope this works. |

Ok finally got it over 100 tonight. I'm still playing with things but seem to be on the right track. Also I think that tie tires are breaking in and feeling better. The thread on setup should get me to where i need to be. Thanks for the help. |

I'm low 170's suited up, and I'm one step softer on the manual suggestions on almost every adjustment. I switched to the PP 2CT's recently, starting with 32/32. That didn't feel so right to me, but a 34F / 36R with no other adjustments is damn near perfect for me. But if fairness, I would be stretching the truth if I said I was a good enough rider to notice a great difference between these and the OEM's. I was confident enough on either ... |

Yep too much air pressure or even too stif can cause that "unplanted" feeling. I run 41-42 rear and 37-39 front. I'm on my 3rd or 4th set, it all kinda fuzzy by now. Just spooned another set of PR2 on the ST1300 and had the front at 42. It's now at 37 and I'm much happier. Watch out getting too much preload on the rear, it can affect the front feeling planted. |
